The safety and well-being of our students, as well as those we serve, is always a priority. The Shaw Center works diligently with the Office of Risk Management, Environmental Health and Safety Services, and the University’s Department of Public Safety (DPS) to establish protocols and procedures to limit risk and liability associated with civic engagement. We also confer with the University’s legal counsel to devise procedures and practices to safeguard student safety and assure the protection of our partners.
