As the Associate Director, Colleen serves as coach and liaison among teachers, administrators, students, and tutors themselves. She oversees training and assessment of Syracuse University students working in Syracuse area partner schools and agencies. A native of Castile, New York, near Letchworth State Park, Colleen is a graduate of SUNY Potsdam, and holds a Masters  Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School. Colleen’s tenure with the Mary Ann Shaw Center began in 2007, and she is delighted to be continuing her journey working with students, teachers and staff in the Shaw Center Literacy Programming.
